Privacy Policy
At Zymorevia S.A.S. we handle personal data with the utmost care, in line with Law No. 25,326 on the Protection of Personal Data of the Argentine Republic and the complementary regulations issued by the Agency for Access to Public Information (AAIP).
1. Data controller
The controller of personal data is Zymorevia S.A.S., with registered office at Av. Corrientes 1234, Floor 5, C1043AAZ, Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, Argentina. Tax ID (CUIT): 30-71823456-7. Contact: privacidad@zymorevia.com.
2. Data we collect
We only collect data that you voluntarily enter into our forms: name and email address. We additionally log non-identifiable technical data such as IP address, browser type, operating system and pages visited, for statistical purposes.
3. Purpose of processing
Your data is used to send you educational materials on financial planning, site updates, voluntary surveys and to improve service quality. We do not sell or share personal information with third parties for advertising purposes.
4. Legal basis
Processing is carried out with your express, free and informed consent, granted by completing the subscription form and accepting this policy.
5. Retention period
Data is retained as long as your subscription remains active or until you exercise your right of deletion. Technical logs are retained for a maximum of 24 months.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, update and delete your personal data, in accordance with article 14 and following of Law 25,326. To exercise them, write to privacidad@zymorevia.com indicating your full name and specific request. The AAIP, as enforcement authority, handles complaints at its offices located at Av. Pte. Julio A. Roca 710, C.A.B.A.
7. Security
We apply reasonable technical, physical and organizational measures to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, alteration or disclosure, including TLS 1.3 protocols and role-based access controls.
8. International transfers
Some technical service providers may be located outside Argentina. In such cases we require equivalent contractual safeguards and verify that the destination country offers an adequate level of protection, aligned with AAIP Disposition No. 60-E/2016.
9. Modifications
This policy may be updated to reflect regulatory or operational changes. Previous versions remain available on request. The date of the last revision is indicated at the top of this document.
